SHIPPING AND ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Purchase Orders: Reseller should submit purchase orders by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 5 business days lead time (M-F excluding holidays) for purchase order acceptance and fulfillment, as well as a reasonable amount of time for standard shipping.
Payment Terms: For resellers within the United States, invoices are due and payable within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. For resellers outside of the United States, payment is due when purchase order is placed. Payments should be made by check or ACH transfer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Minimum Order Quantity: We currently do not have minimum order quantity requirements.
Shipping Problems and Exchanges: Reseller should contact carrier regarding shipment delays or problems after order has shipped. Reseller has five (5) days from the date shipment arrives to inspect the products and notify us of any discrepancies in the quantity or quality of the products. If incorrect or defective items are received, we will exchange the items at no charge.
90 Day Guaranteed Sale Policy: Reseller has 90 days from the date of purchase to return products to us for a full refund as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Reseller is responsible for return shipping cost.
Customer Returns: End-user customers have 30 days from the point of sale (“POS”) to return products for any reason for a refund. Reseller must notify us and return the product within 10 days of the customer’s return in order to receive reimbursement.
Warranty Policy: We offer a 1-year, one-time replacement warranty on all grazing muzzles for end-user customers which begins at POS purchase date. Customers should contact us directly at email@example.com regarding warranty claims.
